Our English Teachers

1. Provide a highly engaging and effective English learning experience to children and adults using pre-constructed lesson plans
2. Effectively use BBT English teaching methodologies to formulate and execute interactive and effective lessons
3. 24 working hours per week including evenings and weekends
4. Work cooperatively with service team and head teachers to measure student performance and progress

To qualify you’ll need the following

1. Completed bachelor degree or above
2. 2 years of English teaching experience· English language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
3. Ability to communicate with young learners where English is not their first language
4. A flexible “can do” attitude and flexible approach to working

What we offer

1. Salaries start at 12000 RMB per month commensurate with experience and qualification
2. Monthly housing allowance 2500RMB
3. Other performance bonuses up to 1500RMB 
4. Contract completion bonus 8000RMB for airfare, reimbursement and bonuses
